Location: Jefferson City Ramada Inn at Hwy 54 & Jefferson Street in Jefferson City, MO. [ MAP ] Date: October 4-5, 2003. Time: 9:30 am Saturday; Registration tables open in the Glennwood Room (Saturday & Sunday) All Willys Jeeps and Cars are Welcome! Willys Vehicle: $8.00 per vehicle for both days ($10 fee at event) Saturday Evening Banquet: $17.50 per person (must pay before Sept. 10th) Preregistration Deadline: SEPTEMBER 10, 2003 Send vehicle and banquet preregistration forms and check to address below by deadline...NOT ACCEPTED AFTER SEPT. 10th DEADLINE! Swap Meet: No preregistration. Fee will be $25 per site (covers both days). One table furnished per site (bring your own lawn chairs). Swap Meet registration will begin on Saturday, 9:30 am each day out on the parking lot. Notice: Swap meet for Willys Jeep parts and accessories only! NO car care products, knickknacks, custom wheels, seat covers or other non-Willys Jeep or auto parts allowed. This rule will be enforced! Saturday Evening Banquet: $17.50 per person (includes tax and gratuity). Children 12 and under, $8.75. Menu: One meat selection, salads, vegetables, rice pilaf, mashed potatoes and gravy, dinner rolls, desserts and beverages. Banquet guest speakers will be Tim and Sue King, who will speak on the Willys WWII MB and early CJ-2A. Sue King will share insight on "Living with a Willys Jeep Nut!" We will also be entertained by a local singing group, The Boogie Woogie Babes, who sing songs from the WWII era. Please remember, no banquet tickets will be available at the Reunion. All tickets will be by reservation (prepaid), so be sure to send in your preregistration before the September 10th deadline so you can join us at the banquet. Prepaid tickets will be in your registration packet at Registration Table in the Glennwood Room. Door Prizes: Willys-related door prizes will be given away during the Saturday evening Banquet. Room Reservations: You are responsible for room reservations at Ramada Inn. Call or email their reservation desk and state you want to reserve a room for the Willys Jeep Reunion. You can reserve a room for Friday night, October 3rd, at the same special convention rate of $60.00 (double occupancy) per night. Call or email the Jefferson City Ramada Inn, (573) 635-7171, and reserve a room as soon as possible. We have a block of 40 rooms reserved for our event and they will go fast! Willys Vehicle Parking: There will be plenty of room for our Willys at a roped-off area in the center of the Ramada Inn complex. You will not be allowed to park in the roped-off area until you have checked in at the registration table. No Judging: As in past years, our Willys Jeep Reunion is a "come as you are" gathering of vintage Jeeps and other Willys vehicles. We are not a car show, just a group of Willys owners who enjoy seeing other's vehicles and talking "shop". Night Security: The Ramada Inn has a uniformed night watchman who will be making rounds and keeping an eye on our vehicles. They have had a number of old car gatherings in the past and have yet to have any security problems. Hospitality Room: A Reunion Hospitality Room (the Glennwood Room) will be open Sat. & Sun. There will be a tables set up with information on local places of interest to visit, a bulletin board for announcements, for sale/-wanted ads, as well as Willys Jeep and car display material. A good place to meet fellow Willys owners. Glennwood Room Hours: 9:30 am till 5:30 pm Sat.; 9:30 am till 3:00 pm Sun. Location and Directions: Jefferson City is in the center of Missouri on the banks of the Missouri River. It can be reached along US 63, US 50 and 54. The Ramada Inn is on Jefferson Street which is just west of Hwy 54 on the southern end of Jefferson City. See MAP.
